About the wine
Like the red Barbera, the white Arneis is a Piedmontese through and through. However, it was almost forgotten and only experienced a renaissance in the late seventies. Today, it is impossible to imagine Piedmont without the Arneis. It thrives best on the soil of the cone mountains of the Roero region. The Cantina del Nebbiolo winery was founded in 1959 in Vezza dAlba in the Roero area. The winery currently has 180 hectares of vineyards spread over 14 municipalities bordering Vezza dAlba. The winery exclusively vinifies its own grapes.

Tasting note
Straw yellow wine with green notes. The aroma is floral, fruity (lilac, peach, currants). Subtle bitter almond flavor.
Culinary recommendation
As an aperitif, with light veal and poultry starters, it also goes well with seafood salad or vegetable soup.

Was removed in stainless steel tanks.
