Tasting note
Powder-pink, floral and fruity citrus notes give the fresh and fragrant wine a harmonious and slim body.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, fish, melons, raw ham & poultry.
Vinification
As soon as the grapes arrive at the winery, they are aged white with cold maceration on the skins and then gently pressed. Ageing in stainless steel tanks.
