Tasting note
In the glass, the Rosé Cuvée Zero shows a powder-colored, soft pink. The perlage is extremely fine and persistent. The inviting bouquet is reminiscent of violets and raspberries, bread crust and subtle yeast notes complement the aroma palette. Fresh and pleasantly dry on the palate, with perfectly integrated acidity. An elegant, multi-faceted sparkling wine.

Vinification
The first fermentation takes place in steel tanks, where the young wine is then left to rest for up to eight months. After bottling, it takes at least 30 months to ferment and age on fine yeast in the bottle.
