Tasting note
Ruby red with purple reflections. In the nose of ripe blackberry, cherry and some vanilla. Rich on the palate, with aromas of black cherry, raspberry and herbs. Smooth tannins, pleasant acidity and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with beef entrecôte or polenta with porcini mushrooms.
