About the wine

Tasting note
Classically beautiful Sancerre. This traditional white wine made without using wood comes from Sauvignon Blanc specialist Baron de Ladoucette. Its scent of white flowers and black currant buds, underscored by a slightly earthy mineral note, is typical of the terroir. On the palate, it shows fresh, lively acidity and slightly fruity notes.

Goes well with crustaceans, seafood, sea fish, cheese, veal, poultry
Vinification
After pressing, it is slowly fermented. Ageing on yeast takes place in steel tanks.
