An inviting, lively Saumur mushroom. Very elegant, with a great varietal character. Red and blueberry traits, fine spiciness with notes of undergrowth and fine herbs. Wonderfully juicy on the palate, with a nice melt and well-supporting, invigorating fruit and freshness.

Nice with French country cuisine, pies, rillettes, poultry and fine game dishes.
