About the wine
Fertile and blooming landscapes in South Tyrol give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Kellerei Kurtatsch conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
The deep, gravelly dolomite limestone soils produce a filigree type of Sauvignon with distinctive fruit that is reminiscent of elderflower, gooseberry and exotic fruits. On the palate, it appears balanced and juicy. The lively acid gives the body a distinctive shape. The salty note on the palate, which elegantly lengthens the wine, is typical of the Sauvignon Selection.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs and starters, asparagus and fish dishes.

Cold maceration in the press, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel followed by aging on fine yeast
