Limited vintage sparkling wine. On the nose, lovely aromas of pear, apple, almond blossom and brioche. On the palate, an impressively elegant perlage with a pleasantly fresh acidity and a nice minerality. A great sparkling wine with a beautiful drinking flow and a long-lasting finish.
Vinification
Spontaneously fermented in used wooden barrels and steel tanks. Second fermentation in bottle, 36 months on yeast
