Elegant on the nose with subtle aromas of pear, apple, quince and brioche. Ripe apple on the palate with spicy and herbaceous nuances. Fresh acid structure and perfectly integrated minerality.

Vinification
Fermented spontaneously, aged in used wooden barrels and steel tanks and stored on yeast for several months.
