The winemaker from the Australian winery Kangarilla Road absolutely masters his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the enchanting and sunny countryside of South Australia. With the strong red wine 2011 — Shiraz McLaren Vale, you can offer your family and friends something very special. A successful Shiraz interpretation in elegant French style. This Australian Shiraz is powerful and elegant, its tannins have a very fine structure, the alcohol is perfectly integrated and it has a wide range of aromas that last a long time: rose and magnolia, cassis, blackberry and lime, eucalyptus and lemongrass, licorice and a subtle note of mocha. Helen and Kevin O'Brien from Kangarilla Road are one of the premium Shiraz producers in McLaren Vale.

Vinification
Angaben über Vinifizierung: Vergärung in traditionellen, offenen Gärbehältern mit sanftem Unterstossen des Tresterhutes. Der Wein reift in Kombination aus 25 % neuen französischen und amerikanischen Barriques, mit ausgeglichener Mischung aus 1, 2, 3 und 4-mal gebrauchten Fässern.
