About the wine
The dominant Trebbiano 2016 — Soave Classico DOC is the missing piece of the puzzle in your wine rack. The winemaker from the Italian winery Zenato masteres this white wine with sensitivity and intuition in the blooming and fertile landscape of Veneto. Tasting note
Bright, bright yellow An attractive fruit bouquet (slightly exotic), fine and elegant, pampers the nose. Fresh on the palate with nice greasiness and pleasant acidity. Balanced, refreshing aperitif wine with a medium-long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled fish, small vegetable snacks and Asian dishes.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation, aging in stainless steel tanks.
