About the wine
The Sattler wine company is located in the Burgenland municipality of Tadten. Even as a small boy, Erich Sattler played in the vineyards and dealt with the honesty of nature early on. That has shaped him. After learning the theory at the Viticulture School and the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna, he dedicated himself entirely to practice. Since 2000, he has owned the Sattler winery and successfully manages it according to his personal conviction. He produces wines that he himself loves and likes to drink.
Bio
Tasting note
A wonderfully fruity, balanced, full and harmonious black red wine. Its intense berry bouquet features aromas of cassis and blackberry, which are complemented on the palate by soft roasted notes and some dried fruit aromas and are rounded off by a pleasant finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled or fried veal.
