About the wine
This dominant Chasselas 2014 — St. Saphorin Les Tourelles Lavaux AOC crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. The winemaker from the Swiss Vins et Vignobles Les Tourelles winery makes this white wine with sensitivity and intuition in the fertile and beautiful landscape of Vaud. Tasting note
Color: Light golden yellow. Aroma: Fruity-floral on the nose with intense aromas of yellow stone fruits. Character: Rich on the palate. Fresh and fruity with pleasant acidity and smooth texture.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with mussels and crustaceans starters, fish dishes, white meat or even a cheese soufflé.
