About the wine
If we can offer something special for Easter 2022, it's this powerful Shiraz 2020 — Syrah Pays d'Oc IGP. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the French winery Rosière in the sunny Languedoc-Roussillon countryside masters this red wine. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this Shiraz with roasted vegetables or game.
Tasting note
A fruity, balanced black-red wine with an intense violet shimmer. Fragrances of blackberry, cassis and vanilla rise into the nose, and on the palate, a slight initial sweetness, wonderful suppleness, aroma, fullness and harmony, as well as a long, lingering aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with veal with light sauces.
