Tasting note
The Terence Patrick was in contact with the shells for 15 days which gives it a nice structure and color. The grapes are from different vintages, were dazzled at the perfect ripening moment, so that the wine is now very nice to drink. The bright color resembles a Pinot Noir, as does the beautiful aromas of cherries and red berries, but also notes of almonds and nuts. Very well structured and the acids are extremely well balanced with the soft, ripe tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The organic red wine tastes best at slightly chilled 15°-16°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: now until 2025.
