About the wine
The enchanting and picturesque landscapes of the Upper Ebro region give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Tempore conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. This present Tempranillo 2021 — Terrae Tinto Bajo Aragón IGP is a hit right down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this Tempranillo with pizza or barbecue.
Tasting note
Intense, red berry aromas are accompanied by a touch of rosemary and marjoram, which gives the wine a special note. The medium-length start is tight and exciting, which makes Terrea Tinto a true experience. The fine-grained tannin ensures a pleasant structure and the medium-long finish rounds off the taste experience perfectly. A wine that should definitely not be missing in any wine cellar!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef — from steaks to stroganoff to tartare or slow-cooked roasts from the oven. Goes well with various types of blue cheese — from Gorgonzola to Roquefort to Blue Stilton.
