Taste: Without water, the taste is sweet at the beginning and dries on the finish. Warm, light and supple; tending to be delicate. Malty and oatmeal base notes. Fresh fruit salad with spicy and floral top notes. A bit sweet, although the overall effect remains balanced and dry. Finish: Dry. Pears and biscuits, fine spice with anise notes.
