The winemaker from the Italian winery Maculan has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the blooming and enchanting landscape in Veneto. With the special Torcolato Breganze DOC from 2012, you will positively surprise your guests.

Tasting note
Brilliante goldgelbe Farbe. Aromen getrockneter Aprikosen, weißer Trüffel, Honig und Salbei im Duft, am Gaumen . Am Gaumen ist er voll und seidig, virtuos komplex und exotisch mit getrocknete Aprikosen, pikante Limetten und Papaya, Vanille, Süssholz und salziges Toffee. Ausgewogen zwischen Säure und Süsse, mit einem langen und vielschichtigen Abgang.
Culinary recommendation
Es passt zu Desserts, gereiftem Käse und Blauschimmelkäse.
Vinification
Aus streng selektionierten und fünf Monate getrockneten, botrytisierten Vespaiola-Trauben hergestellt und reift in französischen Eichenfässern, ein Drittel davon neu.
