About the wine
With the powerful Trebbiano 2011 — Torre di Giano Bianco di Torgiano DOP, you can offer your guests something very special. Wonderful and blooming landscapes in Umbria give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Lungarotti conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This Trebbiano is ideal to be served with Asian noodle pan or vegetable rice.
Tasting note
Color: Delicate, light lemon yellow with green shimmer. Aromatics: Fine floral notes of white flowers, refreshing aromas of bergamot and Mediterranean herbs, spicy, very pure with a mineral touch. Body: Medium-bodied, delicate palate with a presence of quince jelly, with a fine tart note as a counterpoint on the finish. Quality: A wonderfully fresh and aromatic drinking experience, serve in large glasses, this wine needs space.

Goes well with apéro riche, spicy pasta dishes, creamy risotto, fish fried in butter, cooked ham
