About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery I Collazzi is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originated in the fertile and flourishing Tuscan countryside. With the fine Toscana IGT Ferro, which was produced in 2015, you will certainly have a lot of fun.

Tasting note
What a seductive bouquet of elderberries and currants, licorice, dried herbs, vanilla, peppermint and incense, dense, powerful on the palate with harmonious tannin, silky, long-lasting finish. That is Petit Verdot in its purest perfection!
Culinary recommendation
Hearty food, fried dark meat.
Vinification
The vineyards are right next to the winery, so that the time between harvesting and processing is kept short. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 30 months aging in new barriques and 6 months in bottle.
