With the mild white wine 2020 — Toscana IGT Viognier Giovinre, you can offer your guests something very special. Tasting note
Smells of white flowers, apricots and peaches. Very dense and creamy on the palate, but not fat. A fresh acidity supports the finish. Great white wine from the French Viognier grape variety.

Vinification
Half of the must ferments in used barriques and half in cement tanks with batonnage, where it remains until March (6 meters) before being bottled without any clarification. After a further 12 months, it goes on sale.
