About the wine

Conde de Hervías is a project by the couple Iñigo Manso de Zuñiga and Yolanda Garcia Viadero (Bodegas Valduero). The Iñigo family owns a representative plot of land in Torremontalbo (Rioja Alta) with vines, some of which are over 100 years old. These were planted by Iñigo's great-grandfather even before the phylloxera invasion and consist of old native and mostly rooted Tempranillo clones. From this, they select the best grapes to press three extraordinary but classic Riojas.
