These grapes give us beautiful and fertile landscapes of the Upper Ebro, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodega Vallobera conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This tempranillo can be served very well with red meat or pizza.
Tasting note
The enthusiastic winemaker Javier San Pedro produces this elegant Rioja in the pretty wine village of Laguardia in Rioja Alavesa. As a personality, he is natural and modest, yet uncompromising in quality. The Pago Malarina comes from the excellent vineyard of the same name. It shows bright purple color, redberry fruit, balance, ripe tannins, freshness and medium weight
