Tasting note
Brilliant fruit bouquet, full of cherries, cassis and red berry aromas, wrapped in fresh herbal aromas and some lavender with pepper. Wonderfully full-bodied, creamy and very harmonious on the palate. On the finish with great length and harmony.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with grilled meats, aged cheeses and game.
Vinification
All grapes were handpicked and only 50% aged in wooden barrels to obtain the purest possible fruit flavor.
