About the wine
The dominant Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 — Vino de la Casa Tinto Cosecha is the missing piece of the puzzle in your wine rack. The winemaker from the Spanish winery Cosecheros y Criadores grows this wine in the countryside. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Cabernet Sauvignon with Gruyère burger or ribeye steak.

Tasting note
Impenetrable garnet red. Aromas of black cherries, plums, vanilla and balsamic notes of Cabernet. Soft and pleasant on the palate, with nice fullness and moderate acidity. A great accompaniment to Mediterranean cuisine.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Goes perfectly with pizza with mushrooms, Gruyère burgers and ribeye steak. Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the red wine is a slightly chilled 16°-18°C.
Vinification
Vinified in steel tanks, then aged in American barriques for six months.
