About the wine
Give yourself and your guests a treat for the senses with the delicious Weissburgunder Südtirol DOCJ from 2021! With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Hofstätter masteres this white wine in the blooming and picturesque Trentino landscape.
Tasting note
In the glass, it is a medium-intensity, clear straw yellow. Finesse-rich, animating scent with floral notes and notes of peach in combination with apple and pear. On the palate, it impresses with its elegantly harmonious structure, its fresh acidity and fine fruit, which is rounded off with slightly nutty aromas on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish dishes and cold and hot starters.
Vinification
After the harvest, the grapes are taken to the cellar immediately after delivery pressed gently in pneumatic presses. The must is made overnight Gravity clarified from the turbstoffen and at a controlled temperature fermented. After fermentation, the wine matures on fine yeast until bottling.
