Tasting note
A single vineyard wine with a golden color. Beautiful perlage of high quality due to the long bottle fermentation. Aromas of white chocolate, hazelnuts and brioche. In addition, very subtle roasted aromas. The Wiston Estate Cuvée 2015 shows a perfect structure. Very elegant and very precise, also due to the wonderful, fresh acidity.

Vinification
100% fermented in used wooden barrels for 7 months. 8g/l residual sugar. Over 4 years of bottle fermentation.
