About the wine

The “Yarden Malbec” features notes of ripe cherries, blackberries, plums and mulberries. These flavors are complemented by nuances of dried flowers, tobacco, spices and soil. This full-bodied wine shows attractive complexity and persistent taste. The “Yarden Malbec” is produced exclusively from Malbec grapes grown in the “Yonatan Springs” vineyards, at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. A “Yarden Malbec” can be enjoyed right from the time of purchase. However, the delicious red wine improves with patience and remains in excellent drinking condition for a decade or even longer. Try the wine with flank steak marinated in it, a roast lamb seasoned with rosemary, or with blue cheese.
