About the wine

The “Yarden Petit Verdot” shows ripe notes of various red and black fruits as well as spices, flowers, tobacco, chocolate and French oak. This aromatic and full-bodied wine has a tannin structure typical of the variety. The “Yarden Petit Verdot” is made from grapes harvested in vineyards in the central and southern Golan. The wine ages for 18 months in French oak barrels, 40% of which are new. A “Yarden Petit Verdot” will improve in the bottle over a few years under suitable conditions and will remain in excellent drinking condition. Pair the wine with various delicious meat dishes, such as tender ossobuco, slow-cooked lamb ribs or smoked cheese.
