Brilliant ruby red — classic, very aromatic bouquet with notes of red and dark berries, along with amarena cherries, rose petals, violets and marzipan. Despite the only 12% vol. Alcohol, the wine is fermented completely spontaneously, 40% of which is used as so-called whole grape fermentation. As a result, in addition to its moderate alcohol, the wine is characterized by a fruity freshness and elegant floral and spicy tones, without losing concentration or density.
