Intense straw yellow. Elegant nose with notes of ripe yellow fruits, pears and bergamot, surrounded by a fine minerality. Fresh, dense on the palate, with a melting texture, rich in finesse and with juicy fruit and spice. Long finish, supported by elegant acidity.
A treat with crustaceans and sea fish.
The Torbato variety (aka Malvoisie de Roussillon) is only planted by Sella & Mosca all over Sardinia. For optimal flavor yield, the slightly bruised grapes are mashed for a short period of time. The must is then fermented and aged in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks.
