The grape mash ferments spontaneously, without the addition of breeding yeasts. The wine is aged in Allier barriques and Tronçais oak and lasts one year. The result exceeds all expectations. The typicity of Sangiovese is excellent, there are ripe notes in the bouquet of wild berries and a hint of smoke good noticeable. There is opulence on the palate.
