About the wine
More than 4400 cooperative members supply Provins, the largest Swiss wine producer, with the income from the vineyards between Sierre and Lake Geneva. The company focuses on quality and produces a good 20 of today's 50 Valais grape varieties. Top oenologist Luc Sermet and his team vinify the unmistakable “Apologia” line and thus provide an uncomplicated drinking pleasure: The wines are fresh, fruity, rich and immediately available. They are primarily aimed at “brasserie, bar” customers and are an excellent match for modern restaurants.

Tasting note
Shows a beautiful pale yellow in the glass. On the nose, there are notes of apples, pears and quinces, plus fine aromas of exotic fruits. Very refreshing and enjoyable to drink on the palate, with fine floral notes.
