Barbaresco Bernardot
An opulent, full-bodied wine with soft tannins that are already well developed. Very concentrated and varied on the nose with the classic notes of flowers and red fruits. A typical Nebbiolo character, with structure and long service life in the cellar.
Fermentation in steel tanks with spontaneous yeasts, up to 30 days of mash contact. 12 months aging in 300 liter French oak barrels (50% new), then 12 months in 2500 liter barrels.
