Tasting note
Brilliant garnet red Hints of strawberry, cherry, red fruit, rose, violet, licorice and balsamic notes. Powerful, with fine and elegant tannins.

Vinification
Certified organic grapes. Manual selection of the grapes, harvest time: October. Fermentation and maceration for approx. 35 days, pumping over and délestage, the last 15 days of submerged lids.
