About the wine

A blend of 95% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Blanc. Fresh, elegant, complex on the nose and with notes of white peach, anjou pear, apricot, peony and some brioche. Fresh, elegant on the palate, fine perlage and aromas of white flowers, again pear, peach, mirabelle, lemon, almond and some lime. It goes very well with oysters au gratin.
