Tasting note
On the nose, the wine has a mineral-based freshness with aromas of white flowers, lemon, green apple, salted almond and a touch of moist chalk. Focused, lively and precise on the palate, with clear citrus fruit, salty minerality, delicate creaminess and a long-lasting, puristic finish. A classic Chablis 1er cru with finesse and depth.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with oysters, mussels, scallops, zander or sole, sushi & sashimi, goat cheese, as well as with fine vegetable quiches or risotto with a citrus note.
