About the wine
Treat yourself and your guests to the senses with the first-class Chablis AC from 2015! It draws its strength and energy from the shale, calcareous soils in Burgundy. The winemaker from the French winery Joseph Drouhin transforms it into a real treat with great sensitivity.

Tasting note
The bouquet reveals aromas of berries (white blackberries, gooseberries) and citrus fruits, plus mineral notes that remind us of flint. The delicate texture, fresh fruity structure and aromatic persistence testify to a classic plant from the best locations in the northern Chablis wine-growing region. The finale is consistent, fruity and straight: unmistakable Chablis.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with poultry dishes, vegetarian dishes, cheese platters, grilled fish, crustaceans, amuse bouche, hors d'oeuvre, spicy pastries.
