About the wine
The archetype of mineral wines. A classic Chablis with origin and character: The grapes come from calcareous soils around Fontenay-près-Chablis — partly from vineyards that were planted as early as the 1950s. The wine is fresh and fruity with aromas of peach, pear and citrus, accompanied by fine minerality. An elegant accompaniment to oysters, mussels, grilled fish or traditional Burgundian dishes such as “jambon persillé”.

On the nose, intense aromas of citrus fruits, chamomile flowers and apricots. Fresh and clear on the palate with lively, well-balanced acidity and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with curries, fresh ragout, risotto and vegetable lasagna.
