Chapter Two
Light straw yellow - complex nose with notes of white peach and floral notes, including lemon and orange blossoms. The palate is expressive, almost opulent with aromas of lemon zest, pineapple and peach, yet smooth and creamy, a result of aging in wooden barrels. The finish is fresh and clean and characterized by the pleasant structure of this Chenin.
