About the wine
Sunny and picturesque landscapes of Alentejo give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Herdade de Coelheiros conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. You will definitely have a lot of fun with the delicious Coelheiros Branco VR Alentejano, which was produced in 2019.

Tasting note
Clear, bright golden yellow, with aromas of yellow apple and ripe lemons as well as a slightly bitter orange note. Fresh on the palate and supported by a fine acidity. Medium-long, melty finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, saltwater fish and seafood.
Vinification
50% of the wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel to bring out the citrus fruits, while the other 50% is fermented and aged in used 500 liter barrels. The bâtonnage is carried out over a period of six months to intensify its richness and texture.
