About the wine
Do you already know the dominant Shiraz Doppiozeta DOC Rosso Noto born in 2014? If not, it's time! The winemaker from the Italian Fonterutoli winery is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the fertile and flourishing landscape of Sicily. Tasting note
Aromas of red and black fruits and ripe wild raspberries. Hints of pepper, licorice and light, floral notes of dark flowers. Rocky minerality is reminiscent of wet lime. Medium-bodied on the palate and very fascinating with a nice drinking flow. Soft tannins with good supportive acidity. Black stone fruits again with red wild berries and good mineral seasoning. The Doppiozeta ends persistently with a complex, fruity finish. The biodiversity of the top three plots is wonderfully expressed!

Naturally fermented, unfiltered; aging for 16 months in French tonneaux (50% virgin wood).
