Tasting note
Crystal clear gold with medium density color Slightly closed on the nose, delicate aromas of yellow stone fruits (apricot, white peach) and quince aromas interweave with subtle, spicy-balsamic nuances. Body: A beguiling, long, soft start is followed by a finely egg-bound acidity, delicate fruit, present minerality. Still young wine with good ageing potential.

Goes well with grilled fish, spicy curry, coquilles St Jacques carpaccio and gitzi roast.
