The Reserva represents the pinnacle of viticulture and winemaking at Martín Berdugo. The fruits are harvested by hand from the ripest plots of the vineyard at the best possible time. The taste notes reveal the characteristic aromas of wild strawberry and juicy red cherry, which are accompanied by fine mineral nuances that come from the gravel and clay soils of the vineyard. Tinto Fino is the Tempranillo clone that developed in Ribera del Duero.
