Tasting note
Noten von Schwarzkirschen und Brombeeren mit Anklängen von Flieder. Am Gaumen ist dieser Merlot, aus der Einzellage Pietrose, dicht und kraftvoll, mit aussergewöhnlicher Konzentration und muskulösen Tanninen.
Vinification
Gärung in Stahltanks für etwa 15-20 Tage, anschliessende malolaktische Gärung in Stahl und Holz. Die Reifung erfolgt für 2 Jahre in neuen Tonneaux, grossen Fässern und Edelstahl.
