Tasting note
A real rarity! What the Burgundy lover Erwin Sabathi conjures up has a hand and foot. The grapes come from Pössnitzberg, picked by hand, pressed according to the Burgundian model and aged in barriques for 36 months. A fine, silky Pinot, with wonderful wild berry and sour cherry aromas and a flattering tannin structure.
Culinary recommendation
A great accompaniment to various meat dishes, such as classic “boeuf bourguignon”, poultry and game. It is also excellent with pasta or risotto with mushrooms.
