About the wine
SEI SOLO is a project that Javier Zaccagnini started in 2007 from four small vineyards — an oenological tribute to Johann Sebastian Bach's great opus, one of his favorite works. As former managing director of Bodegas AALTO, he worked quietly on his Duero, the wine that best suited his personal taste in terms of nuances, finesse and elegance.

Tasting note
On the nose, red and black forest fruits, cocoa and subtle roasted aromas. Velvety on the palate, with perfectly integrated and soft tannins. Very good storage potential, but also a lot of fun at a young age.
Culinary recommendation
Lamb, venison, meat dishes, cheeses.
