About the wine
You will definitely have a lot of fun with the first-class Private Collection Branco DOC Bairrada, which was produced in 2015. The winemaker from the Portuguese winery Kompassus has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the sunny landscape of Bairrada.

Tasting note
Very complex aroma of dried fruit, candied fruit supported by the freshness of grapefruit and apples. The palate is powerful with a pleasantly present acidity. Unbelievably long finish, which is supported by minerals and fruit.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with freshwater and saltwater fish, seafood, poultry, asparagus, vegetables.
Vinification
The grape varieties Arinto and Cercial are carefully picked by hand and placed in 15kg baskets for transport. Fermentation and maturation take place separately for 7 months of 400l used French oak barrels. During this time, the wines experience regular batonage.
