Our recommendation: The organic red wine tastes best at slightly chilled 15°-18°C. Flaschenpost team recommends this Puro Corte d'Oro to pizza with mushrooms, red meat and Gruyère burgers.

Organically grown and vegan certified. The grapes for the top wine of the Puro line are harvested in April, immediately brought to the winery and fermented here in concrete tanks at controlled temperatures of 27 to 29 °C. In order to give the wine more aromatic fullness and a fine structure, the wines are placed in French oak barrels (from the first and second occupancy) after alcoholic fermentation, in which they finally complete harmoniously over a period of around twelve months of maturation.
