About the wine
The winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Lan has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the picturesque landscape of the Upper Ebro. Tasting note
Elegant cherry red robe, ruby red background, violet shimmer, harmonious wood notes and wild berry fruits on the nose. Expressive wine on the palate, juicy, complex, elegant, sweet tannins. The finale is long-lasting, noble, pleasant, pure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with antipasti, appetizers, Spanish cuisine, poultry, red meat, stews, legumes, stews and hard cheeses.
Vinification
Made from de-stemmed grapes and fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 28 and 30° C. Maceration for 15 days with continuous stirring to obtain good color extraction. Aged in oak barrels for at least 12 months with transfers every 6 months. Aging in the bottle until it is marketed.
